Click on the "Add(+)" icon to add the services for which you want to set up reminders.

Customize Reminder Messages:You can configure separate custom messages for App, Email, and SMS, or choose to use the same text for all.

Add a Custom Greeting:Click on "Greetings" and type a custom greeting for the pet owner. (You may also use merge fields as defined.)

Customize the Reminder Message:Edit the reminder message to reach out to the pet owner for their appointments. (Again, merge fields can be used for personalization.)

Reminder Email Display for Pet Owners

Once the reminder setup is complete, pet owners will receive an appointment reminder email that includes:

  1. Personalized Greeting – Addressing the pet owner by name.

  2. Appointment Details – Date, time, and duration of the scheduled service.

  3. Pet & Service Information – A table listing the pet’s name and booked services.

  4. Custom Message – A friendly note thanking the pet owner for choosing your facility.

  5. Action Button– Allows pet owners to review or manage their appointments.

  6. Business Branding – Your kennel’s logo, name, address, and contact information.
