If you get any errors try the following: (Click here for step-by-step instructions)

  1. Try the Single Sign On and "Login with Azure" buttons. Depending on your company's Microsoft credentials it might mean you can connect with Single Sign On (NOTE: this is controlled by Microsoft and can change since your last login).

  2. Check to see if you have a "pop-up blocker" enabled. You will need to allow the pop-ups.

  3. If you are still having issues or a looping screen then please try opening the app.mymedgas.com site again in a Chrome Incognito screen. Sometimes the cache in your browser is not allowing the login.

  4. Lastly, if this doesn't work please contact mymedgas.support@beaconmedaes.com

NOTE: every 6 months you will need to select a different brazing renewal tile.

The link will take you to an online form where the employer can fill in the information. They need to attest that the person who is renewing their brazing is actively still brazing in the field.

Once you have submitted the forms we will review the details and reach out for more information if required. Otherwise, the Brazer will receive new digital credentials in their email.
