Desktop Capture: Capture Workflows outside of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge

1. Click on Download Desktop App in the bottom left corner of your Workflow homepage

2. Download for Mac OS or Windows

3. Start the application your desktop and begin capturing workflows!

Customize highlight box color 🎨

  1. Go to Profile Settings. 

  2. Click on Branding 

  3. Click on a color or input Hex #.

Customize logo on PDF exports 💻

  1. Go to Profile Settings. 

  2. Click on Branding

  3. Click the pencil icon

  4. Click Browse for files.

  5. Upload your logo. This will appear on PDF export pages.

Live Blur: Blur sensitive content before capturing a Workflow. 🖌

  1. Click on Capture Workflow via pinned extension. 

  2. Click on Live Blur

  3. Click on the content you wish you redact. To undo, click on the content again. 

  4. Click Exit Live Blur when you are finished. 

  5. Continue capturing your Workflow. The content you selected to redact will remain blurred throughout your Workflow as you capture.

Co-editing: Invite multiple editors to your Workflow 👥

  1. Click on Share & Export

  2. Select 'Invite Your Team'.

  3. Type/Paste email of team member

  4. Select Viewer or Editor.

  5. Click Invite

Users you share edit access with will now have the ability to add additional steps and make changes to the Workflow.
