[Orum]: How to Set Up Apollo Integration

Apollo does not have SSO capabilities. You must first set up your account with another integration to be able to log in, and then can switch to Apollo.

You will need an Apollo admin to make a Master API Key to sync your account to your Orum account. See guide [Apollo]: How to create an API key

This error message will be displayed until we complete the Apollo integration in the following steps.

There are three types of dispositions: Unanswered, Connect, and Meeting. Orum will require at least one Meeting disposition. If you do not have one already, you may need to go to Apollo and create a disposition
