Once you've created your Proposal and you're ready to send it to the client, click "Sent to Client."

Select the email address you'd like to send it to.

You have 3 options. You can either copy the signing link. Send to the client (without requesting a signature), or send to the client and request a signature.

Click on Send to Client for Signing

Once you'd made this selection, the email editor opens up. Here you can customize the email that will be sent to you client.

You can add additional recipients in the "to" field or the "cc" field.

You can send to an additional email address for "Viewing Only" as well.

Click on Send

To see that the Proposal has been sent, click the back arrow.

Scroll down to the Proposals module.

Click on Sending Timestamp

You can see that the proposal was sent.
