Click on "External Instructions" sub module under "Instructions" section

This is to view all the requests sent with their current status i.e. ( if completed, in progress or pending acceptance)

To accept instructions, go to the specific request you wish to accept, select it by clicking on the check Box at the left side, scroll down to the Bulk Action at the bottom page and select Accept option then click on the Go button to save.

Once Accepted, Execute link will pop out

Click on Execute link as shown in the below example

Fill in the details in the pop out execute instruction from in the provided fiedls

Click on Execute InstructionDate: Details: Post as File Progress?
Once done click on the Execute button to save the details captured

Should you wish to post it as a file progress then click on the Execute once you are to save it as a File progress

Once executed, go to the instruction and click on the Action button against it

Click on Complete option

The instruction status will read as complete as shown in the first request below
