Trigger options

When you create a Zap, you'll be able to select a trigger. You can either trigger a Zap when new records are added, when changes are made to a record. Or, you can add to the table from another app or form.

We won't go through this today, but what might be interesting, in the context of budgeting, is creating a form for your other departments to complete. You could then trigger the spreadsheet to update when the department has submitted their budget.
