Adding members to your group

1. 1. Go to totum.surgery and open the groups editor

2. 2. Click on Add Group Members

   

3. 3. Click on Search field

   

4. 4. Type the name of the person that you want to invite to the group

   

5. 5. Click on the name as it appears in the dropdown menu

   

6. 6. Click on Add

   

7. 7. You should now see the user appear within your group. At this point you will need to assign the user a role to give them permissions within the group. See the 'Assign roles' step by step for more info. …
