Select Sold from Status Dropdown

It is important to change this to SOLD so that refunded and cancelled tickets are not exported.

Also, there is a new checkbox to limit to sold. This should be checked as well.

Click on Search product by name (Optional)

If you want to export just a single raffle at a time, select it here. This is totally optional.

Save file to convenient location

This will export a csv that is viewable in Excel or Google Sheets.

You can use a random generator to select tickets if you put different tickets on different sheets or filter by the beginning of the ticket ID.

  • Each ticket will then have a row number attached to it.

  • You can go to https://www.random.org/ and put in 1- the last row# of the spreadsheet and it will generate a random row number for you. Select the winner from that. No printing required.

(If you need more order detail, you can export orders and re-link those #s to the ticket #s)
