How to Respond to Tickets in Usersnap

This Workflow shows how to respond to customers in Usersnap, add label/tags to customer tickets, and mark at ticket as "done."

Click on 'Inbox.'

Click on the ticket you would like to respond to.

Click on 'Reply.'

To add a label/tag to a ticket, click 'Manage Labels' on the top righthand corner of the ticket.
