ATF Inspection Access to coreSTORE

ATF User Access

Your coreSTORE will have an ATF user account pre-established for use during inspections.

You will just need to maintain it both pre and post inspection for your use.

Access Employee List

  • The ATF user will be included in the list of employees in your coreSTORE instance.

  • To access this list select Company in the left hand menu.

  • In the expanded menu select Employees.

Access User Record

  • Locate the user titled "ATF' in the list of employees.

  • Select the Edit button to the left to open the record.

Basic Information

  • After selecting to Edit the record you will be brought to the "Employee Basic Information" page.

  • Here you can edit any of the information so that it will help you identify the record.

  • Red highlighted fields are required. But in case of email you can use a company or fake email address.

NOTE: We highly recommend against assigning this user to a specific agent using information specific to them. This user is meant to be created for generic use by muliple users if need be.

Location Access

  • If you have multiple locations in your coreSTORE then it is important to grant permission for the ATF user to access those locations.

  • It is recommended that you restrict the access to the individual location that is being inspected.

DON'T FORGET: Remember to hit SAVE to retain any changes you make to any page.

Login Info

  • Access the "Employee Login Info" page to create/update the username and password.

Set username and Password

  • The username will be defaulted to "ATF."

  • You can retain this or change the username as you like.

  • Set a password and confirm. You will need to set a password to start with and can change it at any time before and even after and inspection.

  • Save any changes.

Recommendation: Always change the password following the conclusion of an inspection to prevent any ongoing access to your coreSTORE.

Access Permissions

Access the "Employee Permissions and Access" page to confirm what acces the ATF user will have.

Access "FFL" Permissions

  • The "FFL" permissions are what controls access to your Bound Book and 4473s.

  • Certain permissions are selected by default.

  • Select "FFL" from the list of permission categories to review those settings.

Confirm Permissions

  • By default there will be three permissions selected fort he ATF user.

  • Search Bound Book - allows access to view records on the Bound Book dashboard.

  • Manage 4473 - allows access to view 4473s from the Manage 4473 dashboard.

  • ATF Mode - restricts the access as Read Only in the two aforementioned dashboards.

Log In

  • Provide the agent with your coreSTORE URL.

  • They will log in using the username and password you set for the ATF user.

Bound Book

  • The ATF user can Select FFL > Bound Book to access the Bound Book dashboard.

Conclusion of Inspection

  • After the inspection has concluded return to the "Employee Login Info" for the ATF user and change the password to prevent continuing access.
