Created Mar 06, 2025ATF Inspection Access to coreSTORE
After selecting to Edit the record you will be brought to the "Employee Basic Information" page.
Here you can edit any of the information so that it will help you identify the record.
Red highlighted fields are required. But in case of email you can use a company or fake email address.
NOTE: We highly recommend against assigning this user to a specific agent using information specific to them. This user is meant to be created for generic use by muliple users if need be.

If you have multiple locations in your coreSTORE then it is important to grant permission for the ATF user to access those locations.
It is recommended that you restrict the access to the individual location that is being inspected.
DON'T FORGET: Remember to hit SAVE to retain any changes you make to any page.

The username will be defaulted to "ATF."
You can retain this or change the username as you like.
Set a password and confirm. You will need to set a password to start with and can change it at any time before and even after and inspection.
Save any changes.
Recommendation: Always change the password following the conclusion of an inspection to prevent any ongoing access to your coreSTORE.

By default there will be three permissions selected fort he ATF user.
Search Bound Book - allows access to view records on the Bound Book dashboard.
Manage 4473 - allows access to view 4473s from the Manage 4473 dashboard.
ATF Mode - restricts the access as Read Only in the two aforementioned dashboards.
