Modifying a users address

To ensure that any models or equipment requested via totum is delivered to the correct location you must provide an address for your organisation and it's users.

Note: Only users with credit access require address information. Where a credit user hasn't specified an address, equipment will be sent to the default org address.

Totum

  1. 1. Go to Groups - Totum

  2. 2. Click on your org name also reffered to as the root group

  4. 4. Modify as required

  5. 5. For a user, repeat this same process by clicking the users name in the groups list

  7. 7. Complete as required
