  4. 4. SFTP 3rd Party Hosting

This option allows you to use your own SFTP hosting, especially if you are already using a third party system or your administration requires it. This file upload method ensures more regular uploading of data. If you have any issues with SFTP, please view our troubleshooting tips in the knowledge base. Please verify all the columns needed for data mapping through the knowledge base article required columns noted above.

  5. 5. You can also choose for Avid to host your SFTP for your organization

If you prefer to upload data manually through an SFTP, you can choose to use the Avid hosted SFTP, but remember you will have to refresh this data as required. Please verify all the columns needed for data mapping through the knowledge base article required columns noted above.

  7. 7. Manually upload supplemental files

If you have a file or two you need to merge into your existing data or would like to upload email lists to use in Pathways, you can use the Upload option in the data files screen. We do not recommend using this option for uploads that need to be regularly updated and suggest an SFTP option instead.
