    Should be written as it appears in the Articles of Organization or Certificate of Formation

    Any international phone number works for the banking application, it doesn't have to be a US Phone line.

    Enter a US physical address for your business. This address MUST be different from the Registered Agent address displayed on your Articles of Organization document
