Here you can build and customize your followups after the sale. We can use specific categories that come over from your POS, and set different thresholds for things to be an auto message vs a reminder.

You can have as many sales triggers as you would like by clicking on "add trigger"

You can set specific follow-ups for purchases, reminders or auto-messages. We recommend at minimum 2 sales triggers, one for Bridal, and another a general jewelry purchase

Creating a trigger and customizing

You can name triggers to give your team an idea of what was happening to trigger the follow-ups after the sale.

We can set specifics on individual categories or groupings. Key note: If a customer purchases multiple items that would overlap multiple sales triggers (such as a semi-mount, Bracelets, repair) it would trigger that follow up.

Click on either "Any Category" in Blue or on one of the categories in blue to take you to the customizations.

Repeating reminders I would only recommend for key reminders to repeatedly follow up with customers. A cleaning reminder is a common repeating reminder.

This will Turn on your automation or turn it off.
