Click on your most recent contract, then the damage report button should light up

Click on damage report

Fill out the damage report according to your situation. Choose whether the technician is allowed to enter your room in your absence or not. Then Click on Send. In urgent cases contact the ServiceDesk of Studentenwerk directly by phone.
