1. 1. Go to Jules AI

2. 2. Click on "Sales"

   

3. 3. Click on "Add a sale"

   

4. 4. Fill in the details like Customer name, site, POD (export), payment terms, validity period, etc.

   

5. 5. You can also upload photos of materials from desktop

   

6. 6. Click on "View other field(s)" and scroll down

   

7. 7. Here you can assign an admin rep, select an agent and commission if any, etc. and click "Next"

   

8. 8. Add material, quantity, incoterm, price, etc. and click on "Save"

   

9. 9. Your sale is recorded

   Click on "Add a material" to add more materials to same order

   

10. 10. Click on "Notify"

    

11. 11. Click on "Internal comm."

    

12. 12. Click on "Send auto" to notify internally
