To Create a New Template Click on "Add Template"

I recommend as getting started to get your templates under "General". This will allow the template to be available whenever we are messaging a client

These are merge fields you can utilize
Here you can input the client name, an associate name and a reference for your store.

You can select an image to a template as well
If you do, make sure your image is a PNG or JPG, and around 600KB for best deliverability across all carriers.

Click on Save to complete you template!

You can also edit a template that is already made by clicking into the message

And then craft the message to be your stores language

You can also delete a template if you don't want it there
