Go to the "Tagged Photo Exporter for Facebook" Chrome Extension and Click "Add to Chrome" / "Add to Brave"

Facebook will not download 'Photos of You' (aka photos you've been tagged in) even when you download all your information.  This holds a lot of memories so I find this step is essential before deleting FB.

Go to the "Tagged Photo Exporter for Facebook" Chrome Extension and Click "Add to Chrome" / "Add to Brave"

*Also if you cannot find the browser extension in your toolbar click on the extension icon right next to the icon pictured.  You can then select the Pin icon to keep it in your toolbar.

Open the Browser Extension and Click "Export"

OPTIONAL: Transfer Pages/Apps to Another User

If you managed pages, events, apps etc. and you want them to stay active - you need to transfer the admin privileges to another user.

Unzip Your Downloaded Packages and Rename the Folders

You should have...

  • 1 HTML package

  • 1 JSON package

  • 1 folder with the photos of you (default name is album_files)

  • 1 HTML file (default name is album.html)

In the example photo below - I have 2 folders of HTML data, 1 folder of JSON data, 1 folder containing photos of me, and 1 html file with the photos of me.
