Enter your Username and Password

Click on Sign In

Click on the name of your student at the top

Click on Forms along the left sidebar

Scroll down to Registration

Click on Intra-District Transfer Request Form for Next School Year

Complete all of the boxes on the form

Read and consent to the agreements at the bottom of the form

Type your digital signature in the box at the bottom of the form

Click on Submit
