The steps below will show you how to record your vote in Interfolio.

Click on the candidate's name

(If you don't already have the case opened.)

The ① next to the name of the tab tells you that you have 1 required item to complete.

Indicate your vote

Indicate your vote

Per R&P §2.2.2.2.4, "All voting members of the department faculty eligible to participate in a review, reappointment, tenure, or promotion process are required to do so unless there is cause for recusal." Therefore, you may only vote "Abstain" if you have recused yourself from voting for one of the reasons enumerated in that section. You may only vote "Absent" if you are on short- or long-term disability leave or family and medical leave (FML).

Check the box to indicate that you have sent your signed, individual letter to the Department Chair

This is only for review types that require individual faculty letters (tenure-track reappointment, tenure, and promotion).
