CREATE THE ALERT

Click on the "Automations" tab on the left sidebar.

Click on "Send an alert" to create a new Slack alert.

Name the alert something like: "Pricing Page Visitor" — and then click "Create".

CONFIGURE THE ALERT

Enter the URL to your website's pricing page (see the image below)

  1. Make sure "URL" and "Starts With" are selected by default

  2. Enter your website's pricing page URL in the far-right input (it should start with "https://")

Click on "Search members & groups" and select yourself (if you want the alerts to ping you).

Give the alert a title like: "Pricing Page Visitor"

(OPTIONAL) Give the alert a message and select a Slack channel to send the alerts to.

If you selected yourself in the previous step — you'll also get alerts in the "ServiceBell" app in your Slack server.

Click on "Save"

It should be at the top right of your screen.

After saving — click on the status toggle to change it from "Draft" to "Active"

Sit back, relax, and wait for alerts...

Then, once you get an alert — DON'T WAIT.

Pounce on the visitor ASAP (the faster you engage them the better).
