ADMIN: Create a new OTA ACME user

Login to ACME Sand-10 Backoffice

All new OTA users should be created in Sandbox PRIOR to production

Click on Users

Click on Users

Click on New User

Click on New User

Click on "Create a user" and enter the username and password

Username format is "api-ota_name" and password is Ota_name123

Click on "Create a user" and enter the username and password

Click on Add User

Click on Edit on the user line

Enter "API" as the First Name, the OTA Name as the Last Name and the phone number as 000-000-0000

Click on Add Groups

In the url path on the user copy the username id

Example below: "10989"

Repeat Steps 1-11 in the Production environment

Please note: The url IDs will be different in the Sandbox and Production environments and are necessary for initial configuration. When there is a Sandbox reset the url id codes will be the same.

Create a support ticket with ACME, request help with configuration setup for an OTA or third party integration. Give the username and the url ID for both the Sandbox and the Production user creation.

When ACME responds with the API Keys, email the keys to the point of contact for that OTA configuration. Use Virtru to encrypt your email.
