To Add Workflow Activities

This module enables you to add different sub activities involved in a workflow during the particular time frame planned.

Log into the system

Go to File Management Module

Click on Others sub module link

Click on Others sub module link

Click on File Workflow Management option

Click on File Workflow Management option

Go to the specific Workflow you wish to add Activity and click on the Action button against it

The Action button has different option as shown in the example below

A list of all activities involved in that particular workflow will pop out as shown below

To add a new activity, click on the Add New Activity button

A form will pop out, fill in all the details accordingly in the provided fields

I.e. Activity name, comments, days, priority etc

Once done click on the Save Activity button to submit the details
