While you're on the call on your Teams phone, open the Teams app on your cell phone.

You will see a banner across the top of your app (displayed below). Tap Join.

If this is your first time using Teams call on your phone, it will ask for permission. Click settings, microphone/audio, and click allow or always allow.

Next, it will ask if you want to join on a call or transfer a call to your cell. Tap Transfer to this device.

Teams will finally ask for permission to access your network. Tap Allow, then your call will activate. ** Please keep in mind this is for a first time call on your device. Once you give permissions, you won't do it again unless your settings change or you get a new phone.
