Using and Customizing Opportunity Labels

Opportunity Labels can be viewed from the Swim-lane view in the Opportunities view, and can help provide a more streamlined view on what may be needed, or what the status is on an opportunity.

How to Find Opportunity Labels

In the sidebar, click the Opportunities tab.

Click the Card View button.

You can now view the opportunity labels on each individual opportunity card.

Note: Hovering over each label will display a popup with the label description.

Modifying Labels on an Opportunity

Click the Opportunity Name on the desired Opportunity card.

Labels can be found under the Activity/Labels section within an opportunity.

Click the Labels tab to see your list of existing labels.

Updating Existing and Creating New Opportunity Labels

Click on the Settings button.

Within the Opportunities section, click the Opportunity Labels option.

To create a new Label, enter the name, select a color, and click Save
