Zapier

Go to zapier.com and find Calendly in zaps.(You can also use integromat/integrately which are more economic)

Click on Choose an event. This is the activity that starts the process.

Choose Invitee created and Continue

Now you need to Sign in to Calendly

On the top menu, click on 'Integrations'

You'll find the calendly API key here. Grab it!

Enter the key into to the zapier window.

Click on Continue

Click on Test trigger. You'd need to test it to make sure everything's working.

Find the Slack zap

Choose "Send Channel Message". Or you can choose to message yourself :)

Click on Sign in to Slack

Note: If slack is restricting zapier, then you can turn it on in slack admin

Click on Allow

Click on Pick a channel...

Choose the slack channel to send messages to

Test the zap

Match the relevant fields

Click on Test & Continue

Here we go! Turn on the zap and you'll start receiving alerts.
