Set your Portal Shortname

Choosing an acceptable Portal Shortname
You will see a green box alerting you once you have entered an acceptable Portal Shortname.
NOTE: You cannot change your Portal Shortname once it has been set. So think carefully before setting your Portal Shortname.

Enter the URL to your website

Enter the URL to your Privacy Policy

Enter the URL to your Logo Image
NOTE: This must be either a PNG or a JPG.
You can usually find this by right-clicking on the logo on your website and clicking "Copy Image URL".

Select your Zoho Data Center
This is the URL part that appears after "crm.zoho" in the URL bar. For example, "crm.zoho.com".

Click on Update Settings
This will save the settings you have set so far!
NOTE: There is a small bit of set up required once you have set the initial settings.

Set up the ZE Portal Website Zoho oAuth Connection
NOTE: The previous oAuth connection was for ZE Portal to work within Zoho CRM. The below oAuth connection is for the ZE Portal website to work with your Zoho Account.

Click on Link Zoho to ZE Portal (click here)

In the Popup window, you will see the permissions that ZE Portal needs to work with your Zoho Account

ADDITIONAL CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS:
NOTE: If you want to, you can set a specific default Zoho Workdrive Team Folder for Portal Folders to be created within:

Click on Set-up Custom Workdrive Folder ID

NOTE: We strongly recommend that you allow us to automatically create a new team folder for you!
Therefore, leave this blank unless you specifically have a Team Folder already in place where you want the Portal Folders to be created.

You can Set-up a SalesIQ Chat Widget
If you use Zoho SalesIQ Chat Widget, you can set the Chat Widget to appear on the Client Portal webpages for your Clients.

If you have multiple Zoho Books Organizations, select which Org to link to your ZE Portal account
