Prior to creating your item banks, it is suggested to determine how you would like to organize you folders. This will save you time later when creating your test forms. For example, you might want to have your main item bank folders be the exam names and versions, and each of those have nested folders based on the domain/topic and/or seed items. In this example, it makes it very easy to add your items in bulk when adding to the test forms in later steps.
