Viewing and Reversal of Odometer Measurement Data: (IK18)
This transaction utilizes measuring point viewing and/or removal. This transaction does not have the function of increasing measurement documents.
PLEASE NOTE: When removing odometer entries, measurement documents must be reversed chronologically. When removing odometer entries with a difference greater than 3,000 miles, please complete an Odometer Change Request as this may impact maintenance plan scheduling.

SAP Easy Access - User Menu
1. Type "iH08" in transaction box. Press enter.
Pull the Vehicle Record
2. Type Inventory Number in the General Data section.
3. Click on Execute or F8 key.
4. Click on Measuring points/counters
5. Copy the Odometer's Measuring Position Code.
CTRL & C keys simultaneously to copy.
6. Click on "Cancel or Escape" X3
Afterwards you should arrive back at the SAP Easy Access home screen.
7. Type "IK18" in transaction box and enter transaction. Press enter.
8. Paste Odometer's Measuring Position Code in the field.
CTRL & V keys simultaneously to paste.
9. Click on execute or F8 key.
10. Highlight in blue the records you need. Must be done in chronological order.
Tip. Holding CTRL key while clicking records allows you to select multiple.
11. Click on "details" after all desired records are highlighted.
12. Click on Menu.
13. Follow Measurement Document/Functions
14. Follow Reversal Indicator/Set
15. Click on "Set."
16. Click on green checkmark to Continue.
17. Save documents with the Floppy Disk to proceed. Please Note: Repeat steps 12-17 as needed. Individual measurement documents will appear depending on how many were selected/highlighted.
18. Click on refresh button to check your work.
