Viewing Apprentice Pulse Checks in Salesforce

To find the Pulse Check Object, click on the App Picker on the left-hand side of your screen and type in 'pulse checks.' This will bring you to a list of Pulse Checks.

From the list, click on the Pulse Check that you want to view.

Salesforce will automatically create a Pulse Check record monthly if the Affiliate has opted into Pulse Checks. This will record whether or not someone responded and when the initial pulse check was sent to the individual.

The apprentice responses are recorded in the corresponding Answer fields.

Answer 1, Answer 2, and Answer 3 fields are the responses if they responded how the text message asked them to respond. These responses trigger a case being created.

If they did not respond how the text message asked, the "Raw Response" fields will be filled in. We want to capture all the information necessary. Anything in the apprentice's response is vital information to capture.

The apprentice responses are recorded in the corresponding Answer fields.

Any cases that were created are found under the connected cases field. If you click on the connected case it will bring you to the case.

A case is created based on the apprentice's responses. For example, if they answer 3 or less on how they are doing in the apprenticeship, the CSM will be notified immediately, creating a case.

Cases are automatically generated based on the responses from the apprentice.

  1. The CSM on the account will be the case owner.

  2. Project Name will be the exact name of the pulse check. You can use this information to find the full responses in Salesforce.

  3. Case Initiated Via will be populated by a pulse check

  4. The description will fill in automatically
