1. From the Portal Dashboard, Click on My Account… login if you haven't logged in.

2. For the student you're booking a makeup, Click on Makeups

3. Be sure to select the right Token based on the 'Program' & Click on Use Makeup Token

4. Use the date filter and adjust to a date that works for you.

5. Select the class you will to book.

6. Click on Use Makeup Token

7. A confirmation will pop up - Click on Close

8. You'll be taken to a Makeup Summary page, Click on Pending Makeup Tokens

9. You should see the class you just reserved here.
