Uploading exams that were submitted without internet connection

  1. 1. If a learner submits their exam whilst they do not have an internet connection, the below message will appear. The learner can click on Close and an Exams Officer can submit the exam once an internet connection has been established by following the steps below.

  2. 2. Upon establishing an internet connection, navigate to the Saras Test Player and instead of logging in as a learner, log in to this area with your Saras log in details.

  3. 3. Click on Get Offline User Details. This will launch the Lockdown Browser to enable you to upload the exam.

  4. 4. All exams that have been submitted on the device without an internet connection will appear. Click on Sync Responses to Central to upload the exam. Once uploaded, an onscreen confirmation message will appear and the process is complete. Click Close to exit Lockdown Browser.
