Go to the Epic Charter Schools homepage.

Click on the Parent Portal button.

Click on the Parent Portal button.

Enter your current Username and Password. Your current username is your contact email address. Then, click "Sign In".

On the options menu on the left side of the screen, select "Forms".

Scroll down to the Parent Forms and click on "Update Parent/Guardian Information"

Enter your first and last name and your current email address. The student's name and teacher are automatically filled in.

Scroll down to select the piece of information you would like to update. Select "Yes" or "No" for each required question. To only update your Email Address, select "Yes" for the question indicated in the picture below. Select "No" for the other questions.

If you have more than one Epic student, include a comment in the "Other Comments Related to Changes:" field that states you would like all students to be updated with the new email address.

Click the submit button on the bottom right side of the form. Changes may take up to 48 hours to process.

Please note that updating the email address in the contact information will ALSO update your Parent Portal username to the new email address.
