Updating Guest Information: Step By Step

Please follow these steps to update your guest's information. Security for many of our events do require a roster of all attendees to clear for security purposes. Because of this, it is very important to add the name of your guest as soon as possible.

Navigate to 1iota.com and login to your account.

Click on "MY REQUESTS"

Edit Guest Name

Scroll down and click "Edit" to the right of "Guest Name"

Type your guests full name, first and last.

Please note that this must match the name on your guests government issued photo ID at check-in.

Click on "SAVE CHANGES"

Once you have entered your guest's name - click the blue "Save Changes" button to complete the update. If you need to edit your guest's name closer to the event, please follow these same steps to do so.

Remove Guest

If you would like to delete your guest information, click on "Edit".

Click on "REMOVE"

Click on "REMOVE"

Click "REMOVE" to confirm deletion of Guest

Please note that by clicking on Remove, you not only delete your guest's information, but you also delete the additional ticket.

If you want to keep your additional ticket(s), simply click "Cancel"

Click "REMOVE" to confirm deletion of Guest
