Update Engage - Roster

Roster updates are necessary to maintain visibility into who has access to your student organization leadership and what their access is on Engage.

SIGN IN

If not logged in, sign in is located on the top right of homepage

Click on Manage - Your Student Organization

Click on Roster

Note: If you do not have this option, you have not been given permission/access to your roster. Below, you can see how someone with access could add you.

Roster Page

Here you can invite folks, make new positions, add/delete members, send mass communication, or assign new roles to members!

Invite People

To have access to Engage, a student leader must be on an organization's roster. If they're not, you may invite them using this button.

Invite People: Write the emails and click ADD E-MAIL ADDRESSES

Invite People: Click on SAVE

If you'd like to give the new person a title, you have the option to do so. Otherwise, just click save

Note: Existing President, Treasurer and Scheduling Coordinator positions and people already have access.
