Once in the UKG Pro Mobile App, click on Menu.

A list of options will open on the left side. You will need to click on drop-down arrow beside Pay and Direct Deposits.
Setup DD for the first time in the UKG Pro Mobile App.

A new screen will appear with a list of your active DD accounts, click Add Account on the bottom right, to setup a new direct deposit (DD) account (meaning new routing and/or account number). Follow steps 4-12 to setup a new DD account.
REMINDER: YOUR CHANGE WILL BE PENDING APPROVAL. It will be approved once the information has been confirmed. You will need to submit a bank form confirming the routing and account information to support@sasrlink.com. Until then you will continue to receive a paper check.

A new screen will appear, click Add Account, if you haven't done so already to setup your direct deposit (DD) account.

Select account type and click Ok.

Optional: Enter Bank Name and Account Nickname.

Enter routing number. See below for more information where or how to find the routing number.
Tip: Try your bank mobile app.

Enter account number. See below for more information where or how to find the account number.
Tip: Try your bank mobile app.

Select deposit type and click Ok.

Example of Deposit Type: Flat Amount and then click Submit.

A new screen will appear with a list of your active DD accounts, click on the account to make edits.

Click edit to make edit's to amount being deposited into this account.

Example: deposit type: entire amount needs to be updated and then submitted.

PLEASE REMEMBER, YOUR CHANGE IS PENDING APPROVAL. It will be approved once the information has been confirmed. Please check within 24-48 to confirm information is accurate.
Please remember NOT to edit account details if you need to add an account but rather go back to the beginning and start at step 3.
