Upon completion of any troubleshooting steps for social media, it is always a good idea to 'unlink and relink' both Facebook & Instagram from the Paperless Agent Dashboard for good measure. Start by signing into your Dashboard and navigating to the Account tab

Navigate to Social Media Accounts

Click on Add Or Change Accounts

Click on Connect Your Accounts

Click on Connect Your Accounts

Note your connected social media accounts

Note your connected social media accounts

Click on 'Connected' for any account you are trying to disconnect

Click on 'Connected' for any account you are trying to disconnect

A pop-up will appear to 'Unlink' the account. Click 'Unlink'

After your account(s) is unlinked, simply reconnect your account through the process you originally did to connect your account.
