UA EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE SURVEY FEEDBACK
This document is a step-by-step process for leadership access to the UA Employee Experience Survey Feedback by unit. Unit access is based on the unit's organizational hierarchy. You must be within the supervisory line to access the data.
Leadership with access consists of the UA President, UA Vice Presidents, Chancellors, Provosts, Vice and Associate Vice Chancellors, and Dean & Directors of Colleges/ Schools/ Institutes.
ACCESSING UA EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE SURVEY RESULTS IN THE QUALTRICS DASHBOARD & BASIC NAVIGATION
To access the UA Employee Feedback Survey results within the Qualtrics dashboard, follow the steps below. This guide will also provide tips and tricks on navigating the dashboard, changing data filters, and a resource for action planning.
Once you select the "Manager Assist" option, click on the "View Results" option at the left. The dashboards available to you will then appear.
Click on the data dashboard "UA Employee Engagement Results - Leadership" for your unit-level results.
If in a designated leadership role (UA President, UA Vice Presidents, Chancellors, Provosts, Vice and Associate Vice Chancellors, and Dean & Directors of Colleges, Schools, and Institutes), you will have access to and should select UA Employee Engagement Results - Leadership" to access your unit-level data. Results roll up through a supervisory hierarchy, with an anonymity threshold of 10 or more responses.
Note: ALL active benefits-eligible employees can access the "UA Employee Engagement Results - All Employee" dashboard with university-level data. Leadership can access both dashboards.

Log into Qualtrics using your UA Credentials (username and password) through the UA SSO service using https://uasystemex.qualtrics.com/
Regardless of your role, select the "MANAGER ASSIST" option once you enter your credentials.

Start by reading the "Understanding Your Dashboards" page on the left. This is important for understanding the methodology used, how the results are communicated, and what to focus on.
You can then move down the pages on the left starting with "Headlines." The subsequent pages will get more specific on drivers that have the most impact on employee engagement. Filters are available once you click the "Headlines" page and have data to sort.
PIN PAGES:
To make the data pages more easily accessible, use the thumbtack to pin the pages.
ANALYSIS NOTE:
Qualtrics has completed the in-depth data analysis, highlighting the top three drivers with the largest correlation impacting the favorability score and should be focused on to increase employee engagement in that specific area. As you change the data filters, the system will adjust the analysis based on your selection.
CHANGING DASHBOARDS:
The dashboard name will appear at the top left of the page, next to the home icon. Access your available dashboards by simply clicking on "All results."

Select "PLAN OF ACTION" as pictured below in the square on the left. This tool is a project management resource with some suggestions on how to take action or options for creating your own. It is not required that you use this resource.
ONLY AVAILABLE TO UA LEADERSHIP:
UA President, Vice Presidents, Chancellors, Provosts, Vice and Associate Vice Chancellors, and Dean & Directors of Colleges/ Schools/ Institutes.
Note: All employees will see this option, although they might not have access.
