UA EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SURVEY FEEDBACK
This document is a step-by-step process for active UA employees to access and navigate the UA Employee Experience Survey Feedback data dashboard.
Employees with access consist of active, benefit-eligible employees. This excludes temporary and student employees, as they were not part of the surveyed group.
Go to https://uasystemex.qualtrics.com/ and log into Qualtrics using your UA Credentials (username and password) through the UA SSO service.
Select the "Manager Assist" option once you enter your credentials.

Once you select Select "Manager Assist", you will see this screen. Click on the "View Results" option to access the data dashboard section of the tool.
Plan of Action Note:
Only those in designated leadership roles have access to the "PLAN of ACTION" feature. Leadership with access are UA President, Vice Presidents, Chancellors, Provosts, Vice and Associate Vice Chancellors, and Dean & Directors of Colleges/ Schools/ Institutes.

Click on the "UA Engagement Results - All Employee" dashboard containing
university-level data. You may see the dashboard for the 2023 and 2024 surveys. If not, and you would like access, please complete the access request form.
Access is available to all active employees who are benefit-eligible. This excludes temporary and student employees as they were not part of the survey group.

Start by reading the "Understanding Your Dashboards" page on the left. This will help you understand the methodology used, how the results are communicated, and indicate where you locate data.
You can then move down the pages on the left starting with "Headlines." The subsequent pages will get more specific on drivers that impact employee engagement most. Filters are available once you click the "Headlines" page and have data to sort.
Analysis Note:
Qualtrics has completed the in-depth data analysis, highlighting the top three drivers with the largest correlation impacting the favorability score and should be focused on to increase employee engagement in that specific area. As you change the data filters, the system will adjust the analysis based on your selection.

Think of this section as your electronic report with pages listed down the left side of the page, as seen below. You will have the filter options as you click on the data overview page called "Headlines."
The "Headlines" page is a summary of the results, however as you move through the pages on the left, you get a more in-depth look at the details for each Key Performance Indicator (KPI) (e.g. Engagement, Experience vs Expectation, Retention, etc.). Each KPI page lists the drivers with the most impact overall on employee engagement in those areas.
