The obo Group - ChatGPT App Install

1. 1. Go to install link here

2. 2. Search for the HubSpot account you wish to install in

1. 3. Click the radio button next to the account name

   

2. 4. Click on Choose Account

   

3. 5. Click on Connect app

   

4. 6. Once install is successful, you will be redirected to the Connected Apps section of your HubSpot account. This can take a few seconds.

5. 7. You should see "The obo Group - ChatGPT" app in the list

   

6. 8. The app is now officially installed. If you navigate to any Contact, Company, Deal or Ticket record, you will see the app in the right sidebar

7. 9. Navigate to Contacts

   

8. 10. Click into a Contact record

   

9. 11. Look for in the right sidebar, an app called "ChatGPT"

   Depending on page layout, you may need to scroll down to find it. It can be moved to be further up the page by clicking and dragging on the dots next to the "ChatGPT" name

   

Hubspot

1. 12. Click on Open GPT

   This will open up the prompt section

   

2. 13. Type in a prompt in the text box

   

3. 14. Click on Send

   It is possible for the prompt response time to be anywhere between 1 and 20 seconds, so please be aware that it could take a little bit of time.
