Step 1: Install Tango

Open the Tango app on your browser.

Choose the folder where you want to categorize your Tango. Then, click New Tango.

Select a tab to begin capturing your workflow.

Click Start Capture.

Tango will begin recording your clicks, screenshots, and navigation steps.

Alternatively, navigate to the site you want to capture. Then, open the Tango extension from your browser’s toolbar.

Step 3: Finish, Customize, and Review the Capture

Click Finish Capture

Once you’ve completed the workflow, Tango will generate a draft document with:

• Screenshots of each step.

• Automatically written instructions based on your actions.

• Highlights of where actions occurred.

Edit and Customize the Document

On the draft document, you can add the document title, rephrase written instructions, edit screenshot, add links and attachments, etc.

You can insert steps, heading, callout, or even capture an additional step using the desktop app.

Click Done Editing.

Finalize and save your Tango.
