Taking the National Family Support Professional Certification Exam

Please note that this is NOT the same as the payment access code. If you have received a payment code, please only enter that when you are asked for payment in PSI.

This software is used by PSI to proctor your exam. You must use this software to take the exam.

IMPORTANT: If you did not copy the code, you will need to contact the Institute helpdesk help@institutefsp.org.

Please do not try to re-register for the exam, this will create a new code, which will not match if you have already paid.

Note: please pick the correct exam. As shown in the picture, if you have previously started, but not finished other quizzes, they will also show up here.

Note: The access code is the same as the password. By clicking the button, the password is automatically entered for you by the system. This is NOT the same as the code you copied from the Institute OR any payment token/code you may have used.
