Provide an Event Contact. Press the Green "Use Contact" button to auto-populate the fields with your information.

Select any resources you think you would like. Actual resources will be discussed with you by the Parking Event Coordinator before the event is finalized.

Enter a voucher code or promo code you want your guests to use. Most likely, PATS will assign a voucher code based on department procedures.

Select how you want to pay for the event.

Your Parking Event Coordinator will discuss options to pass the costs on to the visitor instead of the department paying if this fits your needs.

After submitting your request, a confirmation page appears.

You can view the status of your event on your profile in MavPark.

The UTA Event Parking Coordinator will review your request and contact your Event Contact to discuss the details and provide any additional parking information or instructions on how visitors can claim a permit. If you don't hear from the Event Parking Coordinator within 24-48 hours, please email larry.cummings@uta.edu.
