Submit Qualifying Life Event in Paycom

Under the Benefits menu

Click on Qualifying Events

Click on Qualifying Events

Click on Add Qualifying Event

Click on Add Qualifying Event

Select the date the event occurred

Select the date the event occurred

Click on Event Type drop-down menu and select the type of event from the list

Click on Event Type drop-down menu and select the type of event from the list

Click on Upload a File to add documentation with information of the qualified event

The documentation will need to have the date of the change and the employee/dependent(s) names listed on the documentation.

Click the Add button

Once the benefits team reviews the uploaded documentation and approves the qualified event, the employee can then make changes to their benefit plan(s).
