a Green Absence block indicates the time off is already Approved by manager

Double-click on the approved time off

Make adjustment to the quantity of hours, as needed

Leave a note for your manager/approver as applicable

Click on Submit

This will send your revised Time Off Request back to your manager for a new approval

Notice your Absence Request block is gray again, meaning Not Yet Approved. You will receive notification when your request has been approved, and the block will turn green again.
