Read the Notice - if this is the first time setting up a pin, leave existing pin blank.

If you forget your pin, talk to your RD, they will be able to reset it or provide your pin.

You're pin is all set up.

Make sure to download the StarRez App.

The follow steps are for Professional Staff to finish setting up the app for Student Staff

Scan QR Code

Have student staff member open the app, click get started, allow app to use camera.

They will scan the QR code. The name of the device should be the staff members FULL NAME. This prevents confusion in the future.

Review

Review the information of the staff member. Click Done or Close if finished, or activate another device if activating more than one account.

Ensure Student Staff can log in

Once activated, the student staff member will have to search for their name on the app.

Click their name.

Input their pin.

Double check that they have access to modules.
