Step-by-Step: Adding a new quote or job to a Project (Mobile)

Add a new quote or job to a project (mobile)

Login to Arclight

Click on menu

Click on Projects

Select your project

Add new quote or job
To include a new quote or job in your project, choose from the options below. Select "quote" for a quote requirement, or simply add a new job if not needing a quote.

Create a Job Description
When creating your quote, remember to include mandatory job description information, including:
Billing type
Job Description

Click on NEXT to move forward.

Select your tax rate
Choose the tax rate for your work area. Modify or add tax rates by clicking MENU > SETTINGS > TAX RATES > ADD TAX.

Click on NEXT to move forward

Add Parts and Labor
Add Parts and Labor to your quote or Job. After creating a quote, make sure to adjust it before sending to the customer, with a focus on managing parts and labor.

Modify your quote or job
Additional modifications are available for your quote or job. Modifications include:

Edit Tax Rate & Discount
Notes
Images
Terms and Conditions

Send quote to customer
Click on QUOTE APPROVAL

Send via Text or Email
Send Quote for customer approval. After you add parts, labor, and modify your quote. You are ready to send it to the customer via text or email.

Quote Type
Quote types include:
Summary
Itemized
Additionally, you have the option to include notes or images in the quote prior to sending it to the customer.

Click on SEND TO CUSTOMER
