AMS Scan In

Select Project (optional)
Choose an existing project from the available options, or initiate a new project.

Select Job
Select the new or preexisting job you want to scan parts from.

Manage Job Parts & Labor

Scan in

Complete Scan In- Job Info
Please ensure that all the mandatory fields are filled out before finalizing the Scan In process. If you have established custom job fields in the AMS dashboard, you can adjust them on the Job Info screen.
Required Fields for Scan In - Job Info:
Purchase Order: This is a mandatory text field and is essential for AMS project integration. Please provide the necessary information in this field.

Select Scan In
Initiate scanning sequence by clicking “scan Parts.”

Scan barcode
Please scan the barcode of the individual parts you wish to add from the AMS inventory one by one.

Modify Scan in quantities
Update/adjust the quantities for the scanned-in parts as needed.

Update job and send to AMS
Once you have completed the successful barcode scan, please proceed to click on "Update Job and Send to AMS."
