Sparrow <> TicketWeb: How to Schedule Ticket Counts Report

Log into the Ticketweb Admin Dashboard

Click on Reports

Click on Ticket Counts

Click on Configure Columns

Check Total Face

Click on Update

Under "Event Date Range", Click on Current Date To Year End

Click on Run Report

Click on Save in the upper left

Add a name and description and click "Save"

Go back into the report settings and click into your new report

Click on Run Report

Click the cog in the upper right (Explore actions)

Click on Schedule…

Click on Give your schedule a name and put "Sparrow Ticket Counts"

Under "Who should it be emailed to?" type your unique ticket counts inbox email (provided by your account manager). Click "Add".

Select Format data as CSV and Deliver This Schedule Every Day at 11:55 PM

Click on Filters…

Under "TIXCOUNT Event Time", type "yesterday to 2028"

Click "Save All"
